Sweater Project Class with Pam

Fall Quarter Sessions:
Sept 15 & 29 6:00-8:00 PM, Oct 13 & 27 6:00-7:00 PM
Class consists of 4 sessions - The 1st and 2nd sessions will meet for 2 hours each to ensure a great start to your project! Remaining 2 sessions will meet for 1 hour each. Please be sure you can attend all sessions before registering.
If you have wanted to attempt your first sweater project, this is the perfect opportunity!
This class will feature Ayami by Isabell Kraemer. Ayami is a pullover sweater which is worked seamlessly from the top down. The lovely yoke features cables. If you’ve never worked cables before, you will be fascinated to learn how easy they are to create. They will elevate the look of your sweater, and you just might find you love the compliments you will receive.
There will be some homework to complete prior to the first class as well as between classes. Please keep this in mind when signing up for this class.
Students are provided ample time between classes to accomplish the knitting required so they can be prepared to learn each “next step” without feeling rushed.

Skills you already need to have: Need to know how to cast on, knit and purl
Materials to bring to the first class:

Pattern: Copy of Ayami pattern by Isabell Kraemer (available on Ravelry -- can be purchased at the shop)

Yarn: 985 - 1645 yards Worsted Weight yarn (based on size selected)

Needles:

US 6 - 16” AND 32” circular needles

**May also want to have a US 6 - 12” circular for knitting sleeves (easier for small circumference knitting)
