This class will meeting for two sessions, one and a half hours each. Please be sure you can attend all sessions before registering.
This is the Aster Granny Square Scarf. It is an easy crochet scarf which is perfect for learning to join granny squares together for a fun wearable project.
In the pattern you can choose to use the Join As You Go method, or you can also sew squares together if you prefer. It also has a simple crochet bobble edging to complete the granny core aesthetic. It also comes in multiple size for your making enjoyment, and a quick project fix.

In this class you will review how to make Granny Squares, learn how to make half granny squares, and learn to join them together in the 2 most popular ways, either joining as you go and the mattress stitch to make a lovely wearable scarf.
Granny Squares are easy small projects you can whip up quickly and look fantastic in scrappy colors or solid colors.

Skills you already need to have: Students should be comfortable with chain stitch, single crochet, slip stitch and double crochet stitch

A minimum of 360yards of DK weight yarn in a single or multiple colors. Please note if making a fun scrappy scarf you will need a minimum of 240 yards for your main color
