Materials to bring to class:

  • Pattern: Fruit Stripe Gum Sock Pattern by Leah Oakley available on Ravelry

  • Sock: a starter sock that has the cast on complete for your sock size and the entire cuff knit

  • Needles: appropriate for your yarn,, I recommend US 1 and 1.5 or a US 1.5 and 2 if you are a tight knitter. Participants can choose Magic Loop, DPNs, Flexi-needles Or 9” circulars. Please note: If using 9” circulars, you may want to have a second 9” or 12” circular to knit your heel. The pattern designer uses 2 circular needles to knit her sock.
